We use two categories of work. The first is 'Work alone', where the working conditions and type of work allow our technician to work alone on the machine. The second category is 'With two works'. Due to the working conditions or the type of work, we want to work on the machine with at least two people for the safety of our technicians. In this type of work, we always discuss with you who will take care of the second person.
Downtime means loss of income for you. That is why we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to keep this downtime to a minimum. Are you standing still due to a malfunction? Then contact us! We are happy to help you get back on track.
Maintenance of your Doosan machine is very important! This keeps your machine in top condition and extends the life of your machine. This also benefits the residual value. We can carry out 90% of all repairs and maintenance on location. Service buses drive around our entire Staad area, so that waiting times are low and you can save on transport costs. By using fully equipped service buses, we guarantee the maximum usability of your machine.
If you can't continue with your work, you naturally want to be helped quickly. We currently have twelve service buses with well-trained service technicians who know and love tackling things. No job is too small for our service men!
When your excavator has a malfunction or when maintenance needs to be done, it is important that a professional does this. That is why we train our mechanics by having them follow training courses at Doosan, but also learn from each other internally. We stand for optimally performing machines that help you to be successful. We can only achieve this if we have the best people working on the road and on location. We therefore guarantee that we are always ready for our customers and always offer them a solution.
The law prescribes that work equipment must be inspected annually. We are affiliated with BMWT Keur and therefore carry out these inspections entirely in accordance with the legal conditions. We can easily combine this for you with maintenance. This way you don't have to make two appointments and that means less downtime. To make it even easier, we ensure that we schedule an appointment with you in time so that you do not have to think about this yourself.
