STAAD 23LCR: awarded an iF DESIGN AWARD
This award was presented in the Product Design discipline, Machinery category, and recognizes the innovative and outstanding design of this electric mobile excavator: read more about it here.
The STAAD 23LCR is not just an electric crawler excavator, but a groundbreaking, innovative, and future-proof solution. This excavator is therefore the best choice for a wide range of jobs and is specifically designed for operator comfort. Not a converted machine, but a fully electric solution.
This crawler excavator is equipped with an interchangeable Powerbox 400. A robust and compact battery pack designed to withstand harsh conditions and weather, making it ideal for use in dusty environments. With the Powerbox 400, the STAAD 23LCR crawler excavator is operational for 9 to 11 hours*, and even 24/7 with a Powerbox swap. A battery change takes less than five minutes. The Powerbox 400 features a CCS Type I DC charging port.
The STAAD 23LCR is powered by an advanced Danfoss electric motor with SRPM technology, which is exceptionally efficient and durable. The liquid cooling system guarantees reliability and a long service life, even under harsh conditions. Thanks to its compact design, the electric motor is lighter and more efficient than conventional motors, optimizing both performance and energy savings. With a power output of 137 kW and a maximum torque of 860 Nm, the motor offers the necessary power and precision for demanding tasks. The STAAD 23LCR is 100% emission-free and delivers the high productivity you expect from a machine.
Please note: The STAAD 23LCR will be available in end-2026. Follow our social media channels for more information. Also, check out the Staad Manufacturer website: www.staad.com.
