We use two categories of work. The first is "Working alone", where the working conditions and the type of work allow you to work alone. The second category is "Working with two". Because of either the working conditions or the type of work, we want to work with at least two people on the machine for the safety of our technicians. In this type of work we always consult with you who is responsible for the second person.
Maintenance to your Doosan machine is of great importance. This keeps your machine in excelent condition and you extend the lifetime of your machine which also benefits the residual value. 90% of all repairs and maintenance can be performed on location. Through the entire Staad area, service buses drive around so that the waiting times are low and you can save transport costs. By using fully equipped service buses, the maximum usability of the machine can be guaranteed.
When you can't continue with your work, we are here to help you. We currently have 13 service busses driving around with well-trained service technicians who take action. No job for the service men at Staad is too difficult!
When a machine breaks down or maintenance needs to be performed to your excavator, it is important that this is done by a professional. That is why we train our technicians with training courses at the Doosan European training facility and provide trainingcourses within Staad teached by our own experienced technicians.

The law requires that work equipment must be inspected annually. We are affiliated with BMWT Keur and carry out these inspections according to the legal conditions. We can easily combine this for you during maintenance. This way you do not have to make two different appointments and that means less downtime. To make it even easier, we ensure that an appointment is made in time so that you do not have to think about it yourself.
