Beautiful green electric mobile delivered to BAM

For BAM – to be precise: BAM Infra Materieel BV – we proudly delivered their latest acquisition: an electric mobile excavator. Of course, completely sprayed in the BAM corporate colours, which colours the picture beautifully green, just like the ambitions that BAM Infra Nederland has.

BAM Infra Nederland has been helping to build the infrastructure of the Netherlands for over 150 years. On the road of today and for the generation after us. They are building on sustainability and are fully committed to an accessible, safe and attractive Netherlands. BAM wants to be the most circular construction company, and they cannot do that alone, they indicate. Together with clients and partners, they realize the BAM sustainability objectives by offering creative and innovative solutions. It is great that we can and may also contribute to this.

The new electric powerhouse fits perfectly into BAM's picture. We are talking about the DX165W Electric - an electric, and therefore emission-free, excavator to be precise. This new electric excavator is equipped with aninterchangeable Powerbox 400 , which allows this machine to operate for more than a working day without having to change or recharge. It can still be changed, making it immediately available for use 24/7. That makes it extremely flexible.

We made BAM Infra Nederland happy with a DX165W Electric and were allowed to install a few additional options:

• DropsaVET ((formerly Wiejelo) grease lubrication;
• Freshfilter overpressure system;
• Trimble Earthworks 3D System Preparation;
• Develon 360 degree camera system;
• Upper structure sprayed in BAM company colours;
• Stainless steel protection plate at cabin entry and stainless steel shoe support on cabin;
• Window film that blocks 80% of the sun.

The use of this machine contributes to reducing emissions on the construction site and fits in well with the strategy: ' Building a Sustainable Tomorrow '. We gave BAM a machine demonstration on site, standard included by our demonstrator. We wish BAM Infra Nederland many pleasant, safe and emission-free operating hours.

The DX165W Electric – just like our other Electric models – is known for its endurance: more than a working day as standard. For this mobile machine, that means 12 to 14 hours of operation on one Powerbox 400. But this machine is certainly also known for its unparalleled power. Very suitable for long and heavy working days without having to charge in between.
