We are proud of the very first STAAD 23LCR electric crawler excavator sold to Westra from Franeker, Friesland. They immediately ordered two of these brand-new, zero-emission excavators. Even before the official brochure was available, Westra had already confidently chosen this latest model. Delivery is scheduled for the end of 2026.

Westra has been a customer of Staad since 2025 and invested in two DX165W Electric mobile excavators at the time. By now, they know exactly what we stand for and what we can deliver.
The contact is strong, even after the sale. We remain in dialogue and look together at what works best in practice. Westra has come to know us as a reliable partner that can be counted on. Moreover, we recognize ourselves in each other's entrepreneurship: two family businesses that stand for a down-to-earth and decisive approach.

In addition, we congratulate Westra on the nomination for Frisian Company of the Year 2026. This recognition aligns with the course they are charting: working step by step towards emission-free operations by 2030. Through investments in electric equipment, their own energy generation, and smart charging solutions, they are making this ambition concrete.
