This program is available, among other things, for companies purchasing zero-emission construction equipment. You read that right, there's a subsidy available for the purchase of a Staad Electric excavator without a Powerbox. Now we hear you thinking: "What about the energy?" We have a solution for that, and we take care of it with our service: Energy as a Service (EaaS) . With EaaS, we bring a fully charged Powerbox to the excavator's location. We only exchange the empty Powerbox for a fully charged one on paved surfaces. And we take the empty one back with us to recharge it with green energy.
Working a full workday
At Staad, we strive for an electric excavator to have a minimum runtime of at least a full workday. But with the patented battery swap system on the DX165W , DX355LC , and DX555LC electric excavators, you can operate 24/7. Changing a Powerbox is as quick as filling up a conventional excavator.
