At Staad, no day is the same and this is partly due to the variety of work on both diesel and electric earth-moving machines.
Staad is a leading, innovative, internationally operating family business and has been a recognized importer of Develon earthmoving machines in the Netherlands for many years. In addition to the (custom) construction work, sales and service of conventional earthmoving machines, we also convert (earthmoving) machines to electric, which makes us the frontrunner in the Netherlands and the demand outside our borders is only increasing.
At the Bauma trade fair in Munich (April '25) we proudly presented an innovative prototype of an electric mobile excavator, the STAAD 17W, designed and built entirely by ourselves. This emission-free powerhouse will roll off our production line in mid-2026. And the necessary charging facilities for electrical equipment in the civil engineering sector are now also part of our portfolio, known under the brand name Fusion. Apply nowAs an all-round mechanic, you are the technical expert in our workshop. You work on new Develon earthmoving machines and build customer-specific options to measure. You also perform maintenance and repairs on customers' machines.
At Staad, you don't just work on traditional machines: we are leaders in electrifying earthmoving machines . And so you contribute directly to the energy transition and help build a sustainable future in technology.
At Staad, you work independently and together with colleagues on high-quality machines that our customers can use without any problems. You also actively think about planning and process improvement in the workshop. Your work is important: thanks to you, our machines perform optimally!
