EARTHMOVING DAYS 2026 at Staad in Veghel

26 March 2026

It has already been two years since our open days took place here in Veghel, also known as the Earthmoving Days. And we are organizing these days again, specifically on Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19. From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, everyone is warmly welcome to see what has happened at Staad over the past two years, and once again, that is a great deal.

The message continues below the image

Diesel and electric

Staad has grown tremendously in recent years, and the event is growing along with it. Thanks to the new second location, which has been in use since May, this event is now held at two sites. At the new R&D location, also at Doornhoek, Staad focuses on zero-emission electric machines and the necessary charging infrastructure. The Powerbox battery packs, which we assemble at our Staad location in Oss, are presented here, but certainly also our own #paradestaadjes : our self-designed and built electric excavators: the STAAD 17W mobile excavator and the STAAD 23LCR crawler excavator, sourced from the STAAD manufacturer, which are presented as a Staad dealer. At the familiar main headquarters, everything revolves around diesel machines.

Mega sandboxes

The Earthmoving Days at Staad are known for rotating earthmoving machines, actually moving soil, and the fact that you can ask the employees anything you want. Now there are excavator demos again, and for this, mega sandboxes have been set up at both locations to see some Staad powerhouses in action live. So, soil will certainly be moved!

Charging infrastructure square present

The Earthmoving Days are a great opportunity to meet the professionals, products, and services related to the necessary charging infrastructure solutions for use on an emission-free project. They would be happy to discuss the possibilities of an optimal green energy supply with you.

Innovative and sustainable

Since the last Grondverzetdagen in 2024, Staad has grown from 100 to over 170 colleagues, and we have been hard at work in Veghel, Brabant, but nowadays also in Harlingen, Friesland (serial production location). Among other things, this has resulted in the sale of a total of more than 250 sustainable earthmoving machines, both in the Netherlands and abroad. They accomplish all this with an enthusiastic team of professionals full of passion, skill, and pride, whom you can meet during these days.

Partners stands and Staad merchandise

The Grondverzetdagen are more than just earthmoving machines; there are also partners present with whom Staad collaborates closely on the assembly and installation of machines and other products. These partners are happy to tell you more about the collaboration and show you what they have to offer. They do all this from their own stands—it is fun and enjoyable just to visit these stands—and you are guaranteed to come across the Staad merchandise stand, full of fun, original, and new Staad 'I-want-that' goodies.

Especially for children

During the open days, there really is something for everyone, including children. They are more than welcome, and especially for them, there are bouncy castles, a sandbox to play in, and fun games like Connect Four. But there is much more: face painting, kids' tattoos, and certainly lemonade.

Food court

You can recharge with a bite and a drink at the specially designed hospitality square. Here you can relax and chat about all the wonderful things you saw at Staad. We cannot reveal more than this; for that, you simply have to go and take a look in Veghel, also to experience the #Staadkracht for yourself. Staad is moving into the future with great energy, and you are more than welcome. Truly a must-see that will be talked about for a long time to come.
