“The compactness of this tail swing is ideal!”
Last summer the time had come and a compact Doosan DX165W-5 was delivered to Loonbedrijf Dekkers from Maasbommel. We're talking to engineer Robbie. He has already put in quite a few hours of running. We are curious about his experience. How does the machine really run? What stands out for him and what does he dislike, for example? Robbie tells!
"I often work in the street with this machine, the compactness of this inside turning machine is ideal. There are of course regularly large packs of stones around my workplace, so that space is often limited. That this Doosan DX165W-5 is super short in turning, namely only 185 cm, which is very nice.”
Robbie indicates that in his street work he greatly benefits from the Engcon tiltrotator that is built on his DX165W-5. “The detachable Engcon GRD-20 grab cassette and the extensive possibilities with the Engcon joysticks complete this machine for me. With my smartphone I can even change the "pickup moment" speed of the tiltrotator. This is super easy to perform. As a machinist, it helps me a lot to instill the right speed with your machine during work. The ease of use of this machine is therefore very nice. Precise, powerful and smooth backhoe control - that's really relaxed work."
The Doosan DX165W-5 from Dekkers Maasbommel is further equipped with, among other things, Groeneveld automatic central grease lubrication type TWIN with 21 lubrication points, an extra large toolbox in the undercarriage, reversible towbar in the dozer blade, steel mudguards, an extra side camera, Engcon EC219 QS60 and an overpressure preparation.
