At Staad we also take measures regarding the Coronavirus. We want to provide you as a customer with service and advice at all times. But given the Corona circumstances and with a view to everyone's health, we are forced to take some measures. Below you can read what we are doing about it.
We trust that you as our customer or supplier will only visit our location when necessary. Please keep one to two meters away from our employees and avoid physical contact. When you visit us, we assume that you think about your own health. If you don't feel completely fit, stay home wisely. When you bring your machine in for service, or return a machine from the rental, park it outside on the property and we will contact you when the repair is complete. Finally, it is of course the most sensible to order the parts by phone or by e-mail. We deliver them free of charge to your desired location within the Netherlands.
Our technicians and representatives will only visit your location with an appointment and will follow hygiene protocols and distance rules. They pause in their service bus or car and avoid cafeterias and canteens. When you call for a breakdown or maintenance, we will ask you some additional questions about the situation over the phone. In this way we make an inventory of human contact and how we can best adapt to it. Together with you, we will do everything we can to minimize contact with people and to allow our work to continue as smoothly as possible.
In addition, despite our stock of parts and machines, delivery problems may arise. We try to avoid this as much as possible. But for this we ask for your understanding.
