The DX355LC Electric, a rugged 35-ton electric crawler excavator. This machine is 100% emission-free yet delivers the high productivity you would expect from a machine. The DX355LC Electric is powered by an electric motor that delivers 145 kW nominal power. The machine features two interchangeable Powerbox 400 battery packs , with a total available capacity of 800 kWh. This allows the machine to operate continuously for 12 to 15 hours*.

Thanks to the easily interchangeable battery packs and the fact that the machine can also run on an individual Powerbox 400, it is possible to operate the machine 24/7. Swapping the two battery packs is just as quick as refueling your diesel machine. Each battery pack consists of LFP modules. The system voltage is 600 V and the available capacity per battery pack is 400 kWh. By using the high-voltage system, there is less loss and greater efficiency is achieved by the batteries.

Machine also available without Powerboxes
This zero-emission excavator can be ordered without Powerboxes, only in combination with Energy as a Service . This significantly reduces the purchase price. And the energy? We take care of that. Read more about EaaS now.
