Spotted on the way: a Doosan DX140W-3 from Maessen Loonwerk from Heeze

Spotted en route: a Doosan DX140W-3 of Maessen Loonwerk from Heeze. We ask driver and owner Jack Maessen about his experience with this Doosan and Staad as a supplier.

Jack: "I came to Staad because I was looking for a young used machine. I have many customers who use our services and they also have various Doosan's in their machine park. I regularly heard from them about the good support and excellent service. I know Sijmen Staadegaard from the time of agricultural mechanization, so the first contact for a used machine went through him. Staad managed to make me an interesting offer for this Doosan DX140W-3 in a relatively short time. This is our first Doosan and I like it very much. You have a lot of visibility in the cab and although it is certainly not the heaviest machine, I am amazed at the power this Doosan can muster in the work. In the market Doosan has many competitors, but in terms of price-quality ratio and Staad as a supplier, this has definitely been the very best choice for us.

It is important to me that I am supported by an importer or dealer when I need it, because we cannot solve a malfunction or repair ourselves. That is simply arranged really well at Staad. I don't need them often, but they are there as soon as I call, with the right knowledge, tools and materials.

That's why I don't really have any improvement tips for Staad right now. Despite the growth, they still manage to maintain their personal attention and a good quality standard. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong, they will immediately provide a solution. If the three Staadegaard brothers can maintain this with their team, further growth will be inevitable. I think it's a great company and again: I'm very satisfied with this Doosan DX140W-3 ."
